Survey Monkey looks like it is more for setting up comprehensive
questionnaires rather than holding single-subject votes.  I'd be happy
to give it a go if you've had a good experience using it - but perhaps
you could link to a thing that was voted upon as part of the
OpenDolphin initiative so we can all see what a real one looks like?
