[ANSI-Smalltalk] Voting

Voting is under way and changing Reply to reply to the list (rather
than to the current mode of replying to the original sender) so far
has 100% of the vote.

If the current option wins out, the list server will be changed so
that simply hitting reply will send a response to the list only (and
thence to all subscribers).
