We have a spiritual owner of the errata project in the form of Mr.
O'Keefe.  I'd like to suggest that we at least get his nod by
discussing things on this list before we add things to the errata on
the wiki.

At this point we don't have a spiritual owner of the meta project.
This was proposed my Eliot, so I guess he would be a good candidate if
he were interested.

In any case, I suggest that the wiki be the repository for things that
we have discussed and agreed here, rather than being a discission
forum itself.
