Hi All,

It's great to see a Smalltalk standard being worked on again!

I'm worried about accessibility. The 98 standard is not very accessible.  
You have to pay for the PDF and it is copyrighted. I would love to put the  
contents of the standard online, in browseable form, and it is not clear  
to me that this is currently allowed.

I would like any new standard to be more accessible. Any thoughts about  
this?
