[ANSI-Smalltalk] Agenda items...

It isn't a problem. I have been remiss in not getting the wiki pages
organized -- I will move that to my 'Do This Week' list.
I agree completely with the idea of linked wiki pages to ease
navigation. My initial thoughts are to organize pages based on
section headings of the standard (ex., "ANSI Smalltalk-98 Errata,
3.4.4 Blocks") along with a page for "ANSI Smalltalk-98 Errata,
Miscellaneous" to hold items that span multiple sections.
Thoughts and suggestions about this approach?
