Just me being slow. I have updated the page now. Paolo had use some
more sophisticated markup than I had used initially, but it turned
into lots of little text boxes when I did the edit, so I have gone
back to the crude <pre><code> thing for now (sorry Paolo, I could not
figure out the right way).

Oh, we certainly need things in section 3 and 4. We just need to work
out what. I'll propose something here shortly. In any case, I
suspect that the application process will be itterative - that is,
we'll send in our first attempt and get comments back which we
incorporate ... etc.

Well, thank you :-) Let me respond by thanking you, John, for joining
in. Having your involvement is particularly valuable as you were
involved with the previous ANSI Smalltalk standard project.
