[ANSI-Smalltalk] Editable 1998 standard

Hi all,

I came to this list a bit late, and I've been catching up reading the 
list archives and the wiki. I still have some more reading to do, but 
for now...

I have the editable master copy of the 1998 standard. GemStone's Bruce 
Schuchardt was the project editor for the x3j20 committee, and I got the 
files from him this morning. These files do contain the rationale text 
that is hidden in the final standards document.

I'm going to hang on to these until we get clarification on the 
copyright status, but until then I'll be happy to answer questions about 
them.

I'll also volunteer to be project editor for at least the initial phases 
of the current effort.
