The "Smalltalk Meta-Model" is what I called "Static reflection I".

At the same time, I think we should work on "dynamic" reflection, since 
Seaside for example depends on continuations.  Without getting all the 
way down to contexts, what I proposed as "Dynamic reflection I" includes 
continuations support and debugging support.
