Ah, you beat me to it :-)

Perhaps we need an introduction on the front page which explains what
"Admin", "Meta" and "Smalltalk" are about.

My understanding is - The list of subject areas should be listed on
the meta page along with who is doing what.  The detailed work should
be rooted on the Smalltalk page.  The admin page is about plumbing and
dealing with ANSI/INCITS.

Paolo, does that reflect your understanding?
