[ANSI-Smalltalk] Smalltalk Meta-Model

I thought meta as talking about the standardization process itself. 
Tools, workflows, and so on--everything except ANSI/INCITS bureaucracy, 
which is admin.  The list of subject areas would be the head of 
smalltalk.  But feel free to modify it and describe it so that no 
confusion arises later.
