Good question.

I'll see if we get any more feedback on this thread, then after a
couple of days I'll add the text to the wiki and send it off to the
person I'm working with in INCITS along with any questions that come
up.

Then I hope we'll have an answer.   I am hoping that the answer will
include things like who holds copyright to what and what license works
fall under and whether it really is OK for us to use a publicly
accessible wiki to develop the standard.
