Re reading the document, we currently have:

"2.6 Anticipated Frequency and Duration of Meetings
        We anticipate that the bulk of the work can be carried out utilizing
        Internet discussion groups and conference calls.  The committee will
        meet physically at the 2 regular Smalltalk conferences, so
twice a year."

... and I was thinking of Smalltalk Solutions and ESUG.  But what
about Smalltalks 07??  Perhaps we should just say "meet at Smalltalk
conferences" and leave it at that?
