[ANSI-Smalltalk] Video for Smalltalks 07

Hi all,

I asked Leandro Caniglia if he would be kind enough to mention our
ANSI work at the Smalltalks 07 conference in BA early next month.
Leandro suggested that it might be better if there were a short video
rather than just have him make an announcement ... so I made one.  It
is rather crude, but I think it hits the key points.  Anyway, you can
