In principle, yes.  ... but the OpenSkills wiki had a nasty dose of
hacking a month ago so all updates are off at the moment and I'm away
from my office this week.  But once that is resolved then absolutely
you can use the OpenSkills wiki.

Does anyone have any alternative that may be available sooner?
