People may be on the list simply as observers, which may be why you 
didn't recognize all names.

However...

... for people who are actually interested in contributing to the 
standard, I cannot but agree with you.  So I've set up a page at 
http://smalltalk.gnu.org/wiki/ansi-people and added the real names of 
people I could recognize.

BTW, at first I replied privately to Eliot, so I wonder if Bruce could
set up the list reply-to address so that replies are public by default.
