[ANSI-Smalltalk] participants' real names

How about this:  Since we will be posting (at least a digest of) the
messages sent to this list to cls, and since the archive of this list
is public anyone who wants to see what is going on can do so.  If
people want to join the list (and thus have the ability to post) then
we require that they give their real name to the list server.
