[ANSI-Smalltalk] Action items...

Guys,

I was thinking about what lies ahead of us and the following action items
came to mind.

* Does anybody have the editable form of our current ANSI spec? Does that
exist?

* Where do we put our work on the spec? Should we set up something like an
SVN repository?

* How do we know when we can start our work? How do we know when we have
"quorum", meaning e.g.: somebody from every Smalltalk distribution here?
Have the corresponding invitations been sent out if applicable? Are we
going to set a deadline past which we will start working?

* Other than bugfixing the spec and such, do we have definite goals for what
we want to accomplish? What "ANSI spec tests" do we need to satisfy for us
to declare our work is done?

Thanks,
Andres.
