Andres,
I expect most of the questions you ask will be answered by the ANSI
process. e.g. I imagine that we'll get an editable version of the
document along with permission to edit it. We'll know more once we
get the project started.
To answer your specific point from my POV"

I only have a PDF version which is very clearly copyright.

Or a wiki? As the document is only text, I would have thought a wiki
would be quite a good fit.

All to be answered once we get the project application put together.
I have been on vacation for the last week (in Wales. Very nice too)
and I'll get back onto that as soon as I have caught up with my inbox
etc.

No, but I have expressed what I would like them to be, i.e. the
process should be on-going with deliveries every 18 months to 2 years
and be time boxed. The priorities of the project should be taken from
the needs of the Smalltalk community and I suggest that we use Sport
as a guide for what is needed most since the cracks that Sport papers
over should not be there in the first place.
All the best,
Bruce
