[ANSI-Smalltalk] ESUG report

Hi,

I'll be at ESUG this year and I want to give people an update on
what's happened over the last year with respect to standards work.

I know things have been a bit quiet here of late, but if we look at
the whole year I think we've moved things forward quite a bit.  We
know all about the ANSI process and we decided not to go that way as
the main thrust of what we do here.  We have the Step process thanks
to Paolo.  And there have been quite a few discussions about specific
topics.

I'll be saying all that, but wondered if anyone wished to suggest any
other points.

I'm sure I'll be all keen and eager again when I get back from ESUG :-)
