[ANSI-Smalltalk] Project update at ESUG

Hi all,

At ESUG 2008 in Amsterdam I gave a brief update of the standards work
that we have all been contributing too over the last year. If you
look back over the year, perhaps through the archive of this list, I
think you'll agree we've done quite a lot.

Things have been a bit quiet of late, though.

I think the key thing at this stage is that we all keep reminding each
other that this is valuable work. I have not progressed my syntax
STEP because I've been "too busy" of late, and I know others have hit
the too busy barrier too.

Even if you really don't have time to own and work on a STEP, perhaps
you have time to post a message to this list asking how things are
going just to remind us that we need to have something interesting to
say at ESUG 2009 :-)

All the best,
    Bruce
