I agree, and its very much along the lines of a suggestion made by
Ralph on the 18th Dec.
This would mean that we really do still need our own process, but
separate from that we need to encourage a few people to be in the
INCITS committee. We must then hope that the formal committee
reflects the spirit of the open process :-)
