[ANSI-Smalltalk] Slight overrun on the vote

Sorry chaps, a blunder on my part means I won't be able to close off
the vote at midnight (GMT) on Saturday as I had promised.

This is because I'll be on a plane to Sydney.  Doh!

I'd like to suggest, therefore, that we keep the vote open for an
additional 24 hours, untill midnight (GMT) on Sunday  (Otherwise I'll
have to seek out an Internet connection in Singapore - so I really
hope nobody minds).
