Most of which do not know the difference between GPL and GPL-compatible 
(including yourself).  :->  Sorry, couldn't help it.

Basically, of the commonly used licenses, the above "desirable" 
properties rule out only the 4-clause BSD license, the Squeak license 
and the MPL (but not a dual MPL+GPL or triple MPL+GPL+LGPL license, the 
latter of which is what the Mozilla project uses).
