[ANSI-Smalltalk] Moving things along

We have a list of "modules" here:

http://smalltalk.gnu.org/wiki/ansi-smalltalk

These are the subject area that we need to address for inclusion in a
future version of the standard (ANSI or otherwise). Listing things is
one thing. Getting things done is another :-)

I suggest that each module (shall we stick with that term?) has a
spiritual owner, a kind of project leader. This would be someone who
knows how work is going in that area and keeps up momentum.
Leaderless modules can be kept on a pending list, and that should
include modules that lose their leader.

Does this make sense?

All the best,
    Bruce
