[ANSI-Smalltalk] Adding a STEP to the Wiki and EBNF

So, it's Sunday afternoon and I thought I would start on the STEP for
Smalltalk syntax as it is expressed in the ANSI standard.
I wanted to just add this new step to the list here:
http://smalltalk.gnu.org/step/steps-smalltalk-enhancement-proposals
... but when I hit edit on that page I don't see the text of the link
to the first step, so it is not clear how I can add this new one.
BTW, I am thinking that I should express the syntax using EBNF:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Extended_Backus%E2%80%93Naur_form
... which is what the current ANSI standard uses, though I would be
writing the text from scratch so as to not infringe on copyright.
The wiki question is one for Paolo. The EBNF one is for anyone who
has any thoughts on the topic :-)
All the best,
Bruce
