[openskills-dev] Employment Contracts

We are working on getting together contracts which can be used by
members in various situations.

In the meantime, it seems that some work has already been done by the
System Administrators Guild of Australia.  They have set up the OSDA
(Open Source Developer Agreement) initiative.  The OSDA is a series of
agreements, and agreement fragments that you may wish to include in you
employment contracts.  These are aimed at keeping things that you do
outside of a work context under your control.
